Property Manager – Block Property Management (Bristol)

About the role

Join a leading property management firm in Bristol as a Property Manager. You will be trained and supported to become a successful Block Property Manager, handling residential portfolios across Greater Bristol.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a property portfolio in line with regulations and company standards.
• Handle client enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt solutions.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits.
• Oversee contractor performance and resolve maintenance issues.
• Prepare, monitor and control budgets for assigned properties.
• Ensure building compliance and coordinate with internal teams to maintain clean, safe, and pleasant environments for residents.

Required profile

• Motivated to build a career in property management.
• Customer‑focused, approachable and organised.
• Strong time‑management skills and willingness to learn.
• Based in Bristol or within a commutable distance.
• Driver with a car (mileage and expenses reimbursed).
