Property Manager – Enfield (North London)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join a small, established property management team in Enfield. You will be responsible for overseeing a residential property portfolio, acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, and ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor appointments.
• Prepare and review tenancy agreements and other property documentation.
• Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries.
• Conduct local property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate property records and provide administrative support.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
• Residence within 20–30 minutes of Enfield.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification desirable (training/support available).
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, proactive and able to work independently.
• Confident interpersonal skills.
• Mature candidates with transferable skills and an interest in the property sector are welcome.
