Property Manager – Hybrid

About the role

Premier Estates is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an estates‑only residential portfolio across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Swindon. The role is primarily home‑based with the option to work from the Reading office and requires regular site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with residents, committee members and contractors to plan, arrange and monitor major repairs and maintenance works.
• Arrange insurance cover and process insurance claims.
• Prepare yearly service‑charge estimates and monitor collection of service charges and lease‑related payments.
• Audit accounts, monitor expenditure and ensure compliance across all schemes.
• Perform weekly site visits and lead site meetings.
• Maintain a clean driving record and hold a full UK driving licence for site travel.

Required profile

• Previous property‑management experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player with strong multi‑tasking ability and quick learning capability.
• Possession of a TPI associate qualification or working towards it.
• Full UK driving licence.
