Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Property Manager to join our award‑winning lettings team in Bradley Stoke. You will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants and ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, delivering a high level of service.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor work.
• Ensure all properties comply with current safety and legal standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Manage tenancy deposit processing and assist with dispute resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the wider lettings and property management teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management or a customer‑facing lettings role.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Calm, professional and effective under pressure.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and quick to take ownership.
• Genuine interest in property and working with people.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• £28,500 basic salary with OTE up to £32,000.
