Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a busy residential lettings portfolio in Bromley. You will act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring properties are well‑maintained, compliant and that service standards are consistently high.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential lettings portfolio while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments from instruction through to completion.
• Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Handle tenancy matters including renewals, deposit releases, end‑of‑tenancy processes and statutory notices.
• Maintain accurate property records and provide regular updates to landlords and tenants.
• Resolve property management issues efficiently while building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous residential property management experience (essential).
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• Good understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
