Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a specialist lettings and property management agency in Pinner. You will work closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are well‑maintained, compliant and ready for new tenancies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and guide landlords on property management matters.
• Maintain compliance with legislation such as KYC, tenancy agreements, HMO, gas & electrical safety, landlord‑tenant law and fire safety.
• Carry out routine inspections, arrange repairs and coordinate refurbishment works.
• Manage day‑to‑day maintenance issues, schedule property visits and liaise with contractors.
• Progress quotes, check and submit invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Handle end‑of‑tenancy procedures, deposit dilapidations, TDS disputes and insurance claims.
• Oversee utility changeovers and ensure health & safety obligations are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management.
• ARLA qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent customer service, telephone manner and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
