Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our busy Enfield branch. The role involves managing a long‑established client portfolio, conducting viewings and handling a range of office administration tasks. You will work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts and will receive a car allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Log maintenance reports from tenants, instruct contractors and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor rental accounts, chase tenant payments, update landlords and issue late‑payment notices.
• Process rent‑guarantee claims, update rent schedules and prepare court paperwork when required.
• Handle deposit returns, negotiate settlements and compile dispute documentation.
• Conduct property inspections, prepare landlord reports and set reminders for follow‑up actions.
• Arrange and conduct viewings, presenting properties to prospective tenants.
• Answer phones, process landlord payments via Worldpay, input invoices and support office staff with queries.
• Manage key sign‑out to contractors and perform general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Property Manager in a fast‑paced environment.
• Membership of ARLA is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and capacity to prioritise workload.
• Proven ability to work calmly under pressure and handle high volumes of work.

What we offer

• Salary of £32,000 per year.
• Car allowance for candidates with their own vehicle.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Monday‑Friday 9:30 am‑6 pm schedule with one Saturday shift every four weeks.
