Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in London. You will act as the primary liaison for landlords and tenants, ensuring high‑quality service, compliance, and efficient property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and third‑party service providers.
• Handle tenancy matters, including deposits, renewals, and compliance.
• Process invoices and support general property administration.
• Maintain accurate property records and databases.
• Monitor statutory safety checks and arrange necessary inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of residential property management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work proactively.
• Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.
• Full UK driving licence.
