Property Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established independent estate agency in Hampstead, North West London. The agency seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a high‑end residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service for a discerning client base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong tenant relationships, responding promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Enforce tenancy agreements, manage disputes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collect rent, monitor payments and handle arrears.
• Prepare and present financial reports, tracking income and expenses for each property.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, tenancy deposit schemes and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property management, preferably within a high‑end market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• ARLA qualification is preferred.
• Solid understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
