Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio for an award‑winning independent estate agency in West Drayton. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility to suit school‑hour schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Arrange maintenance quotes, repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor rent payments and handle arrears.
• Ensure full legal compliance, including gas safety records.
• Conduct end‑of‑tenancy inspections, process deposit returns and deductions.
• Support overall agency management duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current legislation.
• UK residency, ideally within a 30‑minute commute.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Excellent IT proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.

What we offer

• Salary up to £38,000 per year, DOE (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Standard Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm schedule or flexible school‑hour part‑time.
