Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio for a multi‑award‑winning estate agency in North London. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are compliant, well‑maintained and professionally managed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full property management lifecycle from move‑in to move‑out.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure standards are met.
• Handle tenant and landlord enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Administer compliance documentation such as EICRs, Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs and tenancy agreements.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.
• Collect rent, respond to client account queries and process insurance claims.
• Issue statutory notices and support the renewals team.
• Identify upselling opportunities and assist with marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months experience in property management.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, adaptable attitude.
• Full UK driving licence (access to a car preferred).

• Competitive salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per annum.
