About the role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well‑established independent property business serving the Henley‑on‑Thames area. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering high‑quality service to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a personal portfolio of residential properties.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and organise contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Handle lease renewals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide first‑class customer service to landlords and tenants.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential property management.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of £28,000 per year.
- Quarterly bonus, delivering an on‑target earnings package of over £30,000.
