About the role

Our client, a prestigious independent estate agency in North West London, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its friendly team. You will manage a high‑end residential portfolio, provide exceptional service to landlords, tenants and contractors, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of each property.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑end residential property portfolio
• Maintain tenant relationships and address enquiries
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Oversee maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors
• Uphold tenancy agreements and resolve disputes
• Collect rent and ensure timely payments
• Handle property finances, including income and expenses
• Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and legal requirements
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management, preferably high‑end residential
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset
• ARLA qualification (desirable)
