Property Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, award‑winning property group in Worcester as a Property Manager. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring high‑quality service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy.
• Accept and triage tenants' maintenance requests, coordinating with landlords and contractors.
• Update all parties regularly via phone, email or text and log notes.
• Make regular well‑being calls to landlords and ensure compliance and legislation are met.
• Coordinate property inspections with inventory clerks and manage check‑out processes.
• Handle non‑managed deposits and work with the Depositary site.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand reasons for any lost units.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
