Property Manager – Residential & Mixed‑Use Portfolio

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high‑quality residential and mixed‑use developments in Loughton, Essex. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, financial performance, and an exceptional resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed‑use properties, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, clients, and contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and guarantee high standards of maintenance.
• Administer service‑charge budgets, monitor expenditure and financial performance.
• Oversee Section 20 consultations, major works, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with leasehold legislation and Building Safety regulations.
• Resolve resident enquiries promptly, delivering outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Property Manager in residential block management.
• Strong knowledge of service charges, leasehold legislation and compliance.
• Experience with high‑rise or mixed‑use developments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
