Property Manager – Residential Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of around 150 residential properties in Bath. You will be the primary point of contact for both tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, handling tenancy enquiries and renewals.
• Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, addressing queries promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance works, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely completion.
• Process deposit returns, negotiate end‑of‑tenancy issues, and conduct property check‑outs and inspections.
• Maintain legal compliance, manage invoices, and oversee billing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management or lettings (student lettings is a plus).
• Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
