About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and organised Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties in South‑West London. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to both landlords and tenants while supporting the growth of our property management team.

Key responsibilities

Manage a rental portfolio of around 100 residential properties.
Arrange maintenance works and coordinate with contractors.
Conduct pre‑tenancy and periodic inspections, producing quarterly reports.
Handle landlord and tenant enquiries, complaints and support requests.
Book and follow up on gas safety checks and DPS claims.
Administer tenancy deposit returns and process invoices.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, third‑party contractors and professional advisors.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management.
Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
Full clean driving licence (manual preferred, automatic acceptable).
Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
