Property Manager – Richmond

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our vibrant team in Richmond, delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to landlord and tenant queries and issues.
• Proactively communicate with landlords and tenants, compiling relevant reports.
• Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors.
• Organise inventory, check‑in and check‑out appointments and distribute reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property records.
• Process invoices promptly.
• Set up and close utilities for properties.
• Arrange safety checks, remedial works and distribute safety records.
• Prepare end‑of‑tenancy reports, damage proposals and manage deposit distribution.
• Book and monitor work orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience, preferably within a corporate agency.
• ARLA/NFoPP qualification desirable.
• Excellent IT proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
• Adaptable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
• Confident client interaction and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
