Property Manager Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager Team Leader to join our busy residential property management department in Lee. You will oversee a portfolio of rental properties while leading a small team of Property Managers, ensuring high service standards and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a small team of Property Managers.
• Monitor team performance and maintain consistent service quality.
• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties from move‑in to tenancy end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assist team members with complex property management issues and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Experience managing or supervising a team within a property environment.
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle a busy workload.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
