Property Services Scheduler

About the role

As a Property Services Scheduler you will join Raven Housing Trust’s customer welfare team, helping to deliver safe and healthy homes for residents. The role combines administrative coordination with direct customer interaction, ensuring repairs and maintenance are scheduled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and schedule repairs, voids, cyclical and contractor works to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Ensure appointments are booked, kept and completed within priority timescales, meeting KPI targets for turnaround, first‑time fix and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress of all works, promptly booking follow‑on jobs and ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality standards.
• Liaise with customers, service teams and operatives to provide clear communication, resolve queries and reduce escalations.
• Accurately record job details, materials, certificates and contractor information in the housing management and scheduling systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Proven ability to manage team delivery, KPIs and contract administration.
• Strong record‑keeping and data‑management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound telephone calls to customers.

Required skills

• Experience using resource scheduling systems such as Opti-time.
• Familiarity with DRS scheduling software.
