Property Valuer / Lister - Rochester

About the role

Arun Estates is recruiting a Property Valuer/Lister for its Wards of Kent branch in Rochester. The role combines expert property valuation and listing with lead generation and team support, with a basic salary of £23,000 and realistic total earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 including commission.

Key responsibilities

• Give expert marketing advice to help customers achieve the best sale price
• List properties and secure top prices for vendors
• Stay ahead of market trends and build your reputation as an expert
• Find new leads and generate business
• Match properties with suitable buyers and help manage the branch to drive profitability
• Motivate and inspire the team, including running morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away

Required profile

• Great at building relationships and a proven track record of turning valuations into listings
• Driven, passionate and able to thrive under pressure
• Self-motivated and genuinely cares about helping customers
• Strong work ethic, with honesty, trust and respect as values
• Full driving licence required; the company offers a car allowance of £2,500 or a company car

• Basic salary of £23,000 plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
