Proposal Manager – Fit Out & Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Proposal Manager to lead the end‑to‑end management of competitive fit‑out and refurbishment tenders. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality proposals, maintaining the bid library, and continuously improving content and templates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit full tender proposals for fit‑out projects.
• Maintain and update the bid library with new content and best practices.
• Design and refine proposal templates and written material as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the built environment and construction sector.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Confident communicator at all organisational levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight timeframes.
