Protection Administrator – High Net Worth Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Protection Administrator to join a leading high‑net‑worth financial services provider in London. Working on a hybrid basis (three days in the office), you will support a team of Protection Advisers delivering complex life insurance and inheritance tax planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing protection plans and related documentation.
• Conduct research to support client recommendations on protection solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, policy details and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Prepare reports and summaries for client meetings and departmental reviews.
• Manage cases through to policies being on risk, including diary management, appointment scheduling and note‑taking.

Required profile

• Experience in whole‑of‑market life insurance administration.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
