Protection Adviser – Financial Planning (Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a Protection Adviser to join our client‑focused financial planning team in Glasgow. You will work with a well‑established firm that has been advising clients for over 20 years, providing protection and mortgage advice while developing your professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client reviews and deliver tailored protection and mortgage advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve a Level 4 qualification within 12 months with company support.
• Collaborate with the management and administration teams to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Contribute to business development through the Quilter Financial Planning network.

Required profile

• Some experience as a Protection Adviser or Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Demonstrated integrity, competitiveness and a desire to progress in advisory roles.
• Willingness to work flexibly from home or the office.
