Protection Adviser – Financial Services (London/Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established, property‑focused financial services business that is expanding its protection division. As a Protection Adviser you will receive a steady flow of warm leads from mortgage brokers and other introducers, allowing you to focus on delivering expert advice and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with mortgage advisers and property‑focused introducers to provide clear, dependable protection advice.
• Offer whole‑of‑market recommendations across Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Family Income Benefit.
• Conduct comprehensive fact‑find sessions and present well‑reasoned, suitable protection solutions.
• Manage your pipeline, drive conversions, maintain momentum and identify ongoing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records aligned with regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering protection advice.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads into business.
• Professional, ethical and client‑focused approach.
• Experience within a mortgage environment is highly desirable.
• Must be within commuting distance of London or Surrey.
