Protection Advisor

About the role

The Protection Advisor role is a high‑earning, self‑employed sales position based in Hammersmith, London. You will receive a steady flow of qualified leads and work with city professionals and high‑net‑worth clients who are purchasing premium properties.

Key responsibilities

• Review clients' protection needs, including life insurance, critical illness, income protection, whole‑of‑life and business protection.
• Present tailored protection solutions to professional and HNW individuals.
• Generate sales from week three onward, managing the sales pipeline to close deals.
• Maintain a professional attitude and uphold the company’s brand during client interactions.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales and motivated by financial rewards.
• Willingness to learn, improve and work independently.
• Charismatic, professional demeanor with a proven targeted sales background (or a convincing rationale).
• Ability to cover personal financial commitments during the initial months.

Required skills

What we offer

• Self‑employed role with realistic Year 1 OTE of £75,000.
• Year 2 OTE of £100,000‑£200,000 and uncapped potential beyond.
• Office environment with open‑plan space, seminar room and roof terrace.
• Working hours 9 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional evenings and Saturdays.
