Protection Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a fully remote, UK‑wide sales team. You will provide advice on income protection, life and other protection solutions to clients using leads generated entirely in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative, phone‑based sales advice on protection products to prospective clients.
• Maximise the potential of each web‑generated lead through a structured sales approach.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across income protection, life insurance and related solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of phone‑based life and protection sales experience.
• Proven ability to work with leads generated via online channels.
• Strong consultative sales mindset and ability to build rapport remotely.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary of £30,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) £50‑60k with an uncapped bonus structure.
• Fully remote working arrangement with no weekend shifts.
• Standard working hours: Mon‑Thu 9:30‑18:30, Fri 9:00‑15:30.
• Salary reviews twice a year and potential for higher earnings based on performance.
