Protection Advisor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a fully remote sales team that provides income protection, life and other protection solutions to clients across the UK. You will work from home, handling leads generated in‑house and delivering consultative advice over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and advise prospects on income protection, life and related insurance products.
• Manage a pipeline of web‑generated leads using a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to maximise lead quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of phone‑based life and protection sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert web‑generated leads into sales.
• Strong consultative selling skills and product knowledge.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

What we offer

• Base salary between £30,000 and £33,000 per year.
• Uncapped OTE of £50,000‑£60,000.
• Fully remote working with no weekend shifts.
• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 9:30‑18:30, Fri 9:00‑15:30.
• Training, performance reviews twice a year and opportunities for progression.
