Pub Supervisor – Flexible Part‑Time Hours

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our award‑winning Marston’s pub in Bridgwater. You will be at the heart of the venue, leading a team to deliver memorable moments for guests while enjoying a busy, varied and fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the front‑of‑house team during shifts.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock levels and conduct cash‑up procedures.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
• Take initiative to solve problems and keep the business running efficiently when senior management is away.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think quickly and act independently.
• Reliability and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic stock management.
