Pub Supervisor – Seaham

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our award‑winning pub in Seaham. You will be at the heart of the venue, creating memorable moments for guests while supporting a busy, fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the front‑of‑house team.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock, cash‑up and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle on‑the‑spot issues.
• Maintain profitability and efficiency in collaboration with the wider management team.
• Act as the point of contact when senior managers are away.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within hospitality.
• Natural talent for leading and motivating staff.
• Ability to think quickly and use initiative in a busy environment.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality guest experience.
