Pub Supervisor – Swindon

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pub Supervisor to join our award‑winning Marston’s team in Swindon. You’ll lead a busy bar team, ensuring guests enjoy memorable moments while maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the pub team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Open and close the venue, manage stock, and handle cash‑up procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Ensure efficient and profitable operation during shifts, especially when senior management is absent.
• Act as a role model for service excellence and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within a pub, bar or restaurant.
• Strong initiative, ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
• Commitment to delivering a fun, fast‑paced and customer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience with opening/closing procedures, stock control and cash handling.
