Publicity Intern

About the role

Join Paramount Pictures UK as a Publicity Intern and gain hands‑on experience in film publicity. Working from our Chiswick office, you will support the team that connects our films with press and audiences across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and run press screenings, including booking dates, arranging catering and security, and hosting guests.
• Distribute titles, images and press releases via the media management platform and maintain the forthcoming slate.
• Coordinate junkets: manage check‑in desks, compile talent folders, share schedules and arrange travel for journalists and talent.
• Maintain the publicity calendar, take weekly minutes, log reviews and circulate premiere documentation.
• Administer mailing lists, track purchase orders and credit‑card spend, and book meeting rooms and catering as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for the press team and liaise directly with journalists and national critics.

Required profile

• Recent school or university leaver with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or relevant corporate experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English at a professional level.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and calm under pressure.
• Positive, proactive attitude with self‑motivation and integrity.
• Over 18, eligible to work in the UK for the full 12‑month period.
