Pump Service Engineer

About the role

Andrews Sykes is seeking an experienced Pump Service Engineer to join its Nottingham depot. You will be responsible for installing and servicing a wide range of industry‑standard pumps on customer sites, ensuring uninterrupted operations for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and service large‑capacity pumps at various locations.
• Provide timely technical support to minimise client downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering, diesel engines or pump servicing in a customer‑facing role.
• Full, clean driving licence and prior plant‑hire experience.
• Highly motivated, commercially aware and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse disciplines.
