Purchasing Card Programme Administrator

About the role

The Purchasing Card Programme Administrator will manage IVC Evidensia’s corporate purchasing card estate across 19 countries. Reporting to the Travel & Expenses Lead within Global Business Services, you will act as the operational hub between cardholders, finance teams and the card provider, ensuring the programme runs smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the full card lifecycle – application, issuance, maintenance, limit changes, closure and reconciliation support.
• Maintain accurate card records and enforce control standards to prevent financial and audit exposure.
• Handle cardholder queries from all operating countries within agreed SLAs, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with finance, travel & expense teams and the card provider (HSBC MiVision) to implement controls and updates.
• Support the rollout of the card programme alongside the SAP Concur expense platform.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during absences and contribute to continuous improvement of the Global Purchasing Card Guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering a corporate card programme on a bank or card‑provider platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage control‑critical processes.
• Excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize a high volume of queries.
