Python Developer

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Python Developer to join its Software & Platform Engineering team. You will work in an agile, collaborative environment building traditional and serverless applications that serve millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based applications and services.
• Integrate applications with data storage, message buses and other architectural components.
• Deploy solutions using containers on AWS or Azure, leveraging CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure observability, security, performance and caching in production environments.
• Create documentation and implement unit, integration and contract tests.

Required profile

• Several years of industry experience writing Python code.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native technologies on AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with build‑automation tools supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong focus on accessibility, security, performance and caching.
• Creative, analytical problem‑solving and solid debugging skills.
