QA Engineer (Hybrid, Reading) – £50k-£65k

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing SaaS company in the healthcare sector that builds systems for medical professionals and patients. They are looking for a QA Engineer who will combine manual testing expertise with a growing focus on automation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression and system testing across the product suite.
• Design, build and maintain manual test scripts and contribute to automated regression tests.
• Maintain and update test documentation and reporting.
• Participate in test planning and review sessions.

Required profile

• Manual tester eager to develop automation skills, especially with SQL.
• Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working both on‑site (3 days) and remotely.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of test suites.
• No sponsorship available.
