QA Test Analyst – Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Analyst specialising in automation to join a high‑performing delivery team. You will ensure the quality, reliability and performance of digital services by designing, building and maintaining robust automated test solutions for UI and API layers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for both UI and API testing.
• Enhance test frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability and re‑usability.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders to define test strategies, acceptance criteria and defect handling processes.
• Execute automated and manual tests where required to achieve full coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery workflows.
• Contribute to QA best practices, including non‑functional testing such as performance, security and accessibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test automation across UI and API domains.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test design principles and Agile/DevOps environments.
• Eligibility for ACTIVE SC security clearance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (UI automation tools).
• RestAssured or similar (API testing).
• CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Performance testing, security testing and accessibility testing.
