QC Component Sampler – Quality Control Material

About the role

Join a leading quality control team in Eastleigh (Southampton) as a QC Component Sampler. You will play a vital part in ensuring raw materials meet strict specifications before they enter the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Sample and inspect raw materials against established specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and support testing activities.
• Investigate out‑of‑specification results and assist in resolving non‑conformances.
• Liaise with suppliers, escalating quality concerns when necessary.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and follow all safety and GMP procedures.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• No prior sampling experience required – full training provided.
• Manufacturing, warehouse or quality‑control experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, good colour vision and sense of smell.
• Physically fit – able to stand, walk and lift up to 15 kg during the shift.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
