QC Coordinator

About the role

The QC Coordinator is responsible for safeguarding product quality across De Beers London’s jewellery range. Working within the specialist Quality Control team, you will ensure every piece meets technical, craftsmanship and compliance standards while supporting smooth stock flow through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality inspections on all jewellery categories, verifying technical, craftsmanship and compliance criteria.
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation, recording technical attributes, certifications and quality details in internal systems.
• Coordinate with Logistics and internal teams to ensure correct processing, storage and handling of stock.
• Identify quality issues, escalate concerns, propose corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including hallmarking and Chain of Custody requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Workshops and suppliers to resolve quality queries.
• Support the QC Manager with quality reporting, analysis and cost‑reduction insights.
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks to maintain inventory control procedures.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Logistics, Merchandising, Workshops and external partners.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving continuous improvement.
