QHSE Officer – ISO Audits & Compliance (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QHSE Officer to join our Integrated Management System (IMS) team in Enfield. The role is hybrid, combining office work with regular travel to our sites across the UK and Ireland to conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and liaise with external accreditation bodies.
• Support ongoing adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and facilitate third‑party audits.
• Plan, execute and report internal audits across all operational sites.
• Develop, implement and sustain processes for the Integrated Management System.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to define and review supplier quality requirements.
• Assist the IMS team in drafting and updating policies to meet legislative standards.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure procedures meet internal and legal requirements.
• Perform and review risk assessments, including COSHH assessments for hazardous substances.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 within an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Experience managing an Integrated Management System or similar quality framework.
• Strong understanding of supplier quality management and legislative compliance.
