About the role

QED Legal, a leading Legal500 firm, is expanding its Residential Property Department in Dorset. The role offers the chance to manage a profitable conveyancing caseload while supporting the Head of Conveyancing and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑quality residential conveyancing caseload.
• Deliver professional legal services and maintain exemplary standards.
• Provide support to the Head of Conveyancing and collaborate with the team.
• Assist with marketing, networking and training junior solicitors.
• Utilise a team of legal administrators and assistants for administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical competence and commitment to professional standards.
• Team‑focused, flexible and willing to go the extra mile for results.
• Excellent client‑care skills and an interest in marketing and networking.
