Qualified Conveyancer – Up to £55k – Yeovil

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Conveyancer to join our long‑established law firm in Yeovil. The successful candidate will manage a residential conveyancing portfolio, guiding clients from the initial enquiry through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
• Prepare and review contracts, title documents and settlement statements.
• Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support junior team members through training and supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years post‑qualification experience (2 PQE).
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.
• Experience with a varied client base, including purchasers, investors and developers.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
