Key responsibilities

• Deliver a bespoke end‑to‑end patient journey, understanding each patient’s lifestyle, personality and visual needs.
• Provide expert dispensing advice and recommend premium frames and lenses from luxury brands such as Cartier, Tom Ford, Blackfin and Nikon.
• Conduct AI‑powered lifestyle questionnaires, personal colour analysis and premium frame styling.
• Identify opportunities and make seamless referrals to audiology services when appropriate.
• Build long‑term relationships through outstanding customer service and collaborative work with optical and audiology teams.

Required profile

• GOC‑registered dispensing optician.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and luxury eyewear styling.
• Commercially aware with a consultative approach to dispensing.
• Excellent communicator who naturally builds rapport and asks insightful questions.

Required skills

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year.
