Qualified Early Years Educator (Nursery)

About the role

Miss Daisy's Nursery Schools are seeking qualified Early Years Educators to join their team across multiple locations. You will deliver high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5, supporting their development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement EYFS‑aligned activities that are stimulating and engaging.
• Create a safe, clean, and well‑maintained learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, identifying any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to meet each child’s individual needs.
• Follow health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of child development theories and EYFS framework.
• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Understanding of safeguarding regulations and relevant legislation.
