Qualified Early Years Educator – Term‑time (8am‑3pm)

About the role

Pippa Pop-ins is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join one of its nurseries in Fulham on a term‑time basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, providing a supportive environment for children aged 0‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and education aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and lead stimulating activities that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress, flagging any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to meet individual child needs.
• Follow health, safety and safeguarding policies at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or an equivalent full and relevant qualification).
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
• Knowledge of child development theories and relevant regulations.

Required skills

• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
