About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Reading. This flexible position offers full‑time, part‑time or bank‑staff arrangements, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while delivering high‑quality early years care.
Key responsibilities
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to promote each child’s progress.
- Monitor, record and report on children’s development and daily routines.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool or early years setting.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
