Qualified Electrician – Direct Repairs

About the role
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our Direct Repairs department, delivering repair and maintenance services to residents, internal staff and partners across South London.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out electrical tests, surveys and inspections on residential and commercial properties.
- Perform portable appliance testing (PAT) and produce detailed reports.
- Provide timely repair and maintenance services, including out‑of‑hours work when required.
Required profile
- Qualified electrician with relevant certifications.
- Willingness to work occasional out‑of‑hours shifts.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports.
