Qualified Electrician – Full‑time Permanent – Aylesbury

About the role
We are seeking two qualified electricians to join Fairhive Homes’ Property Services team in Aylesbury. You will use your trade expertise to ensure the electrical safety and comfort of over 20,000 residents, working on both planned and reactive projects.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and complete any remedial work required.
- Perform reactive and scheduled electrical maintenance across Fairhive properties.
- Participate in an on‑call rota to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, administrative staff and managers to deliver high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Fully qualified electrician with a Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services.
- Hold current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Completed AM2 assessment and City & Guilds 2391 qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
