Qualified Management Accountant – Temporary to Permanent

About the role

SF Partners is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a fast‑paced, growing business on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will own the monthly finance cycle and provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and lead the month‑end close process.
• Produce budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow reports.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and post journals.
• Analyse variances with clear commentary.
• Report on Opex, Capex, revenue and overall commercial performance.
• Support the Finance Director with strategic projects and ad‑hoc analysis.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager in a commercial environment.
• Ability to produce a full set of management accounts with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, commercially focused and comfortable in a fast‑moving setting.
• Available immediately or at short notice.
