Qualified Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 3)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated CACHE Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our early years team in Romford on a full‑time, temporary basis. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to a supportive, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and nurturing setting.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s development and daily activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in early childhood education.
• Experience in an early years setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
